So, this feels familiar- Hitting the restart button on trying to excercise regularly. It's a long story full of personal details and some health issues, but I'm glad to be back in good health, ready to get in shape! I'm still right at my goal weight (within 3 pounds) and I'm eating much better. I've been working out for a few weeks now. About 2-3 times per week. I would like to bulid up to a daily workout during the work week and then some fun outdoor family activities on the weekends. I'll post more about my current routines later. Gotta get back to work for now!
