Day 15 - chilly day

All challenges met
I missed my afternoon pot of tea and had a slight headache in the evening. I may need to review my caffeine intake. 2 pots of tea (6-8 mugs) may still be the same amount of caffeine as my 2-3 mugs of coffee.
In the morning we went into town and I found some flax seeds and pumpkin seeds at the health food store. Of course being out and about meant I didn't get time to "play" with my new found coconut milk and it may be the weekend before I can do that.
It was a chilly day and I wore my fleece jacket when we out - that only happens a few days a year here! The schools were closed as they have no heating and the concrete buildings get really chilly. Our house is concrete and when I got up in the morning it was 46 outside and 62 inside - great for my morning yoga but after that the heater comes on!
Breakfast - eggwhite, chia seed, strawberry and blueberry smoothie, pot of English breakfast tea
Snack - bowl of grapefruit
Lunch - 1/2 cup mashed sweet potatoes, 3 oz grilled salmon and green beans with bacon
Snack - 10 almonds and a half an apple
Dinner - bowl of Lentil soup
The beans were great. I chopped 3 slices of bacon and cooked them till nearly done, added the (trimmed and washed) beans, sauteed till they started to catch and then added water and covered. Simmered for 6-8 mins till done al dente. Yum!
