So thankful!

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

Even though 90% of my friends and family are 1600 miles away they are still there to support me. My weight loss journey has been difficult since my car accident, all I have to do is buckle down and keep moving on.

My biggest gripe is my husbands family. Pencil thin, muscular and eat total crap foods. Like how could you eat a pound of chocolate and not gain an ounce of weight?!?!!??! Totally jealous! When they were down here I didn't loose any weight and gained .02 lbs. Which I know is a total joke and shouldn't upset me but I ate the least amount of junk food and totally worked my butt off. I am pretty sure I gained massive amounts of muscle during the time but it is hard for me to register that on a scale. Silly womanly emotions.

I hope everyone is doing well. I am using my instagram account to keep track of my goals even more and trying to support others. If you have an account you should follow me! tabul8ter. :)

Much love!

People have different metabolisms. And while they may be pencil thin, that awful junk they're taking in, if it's a constant rather than healthful foods, it WILL eventually catch up with them down the line. Do what you know is right and healthy to do. "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." (Galatians 6:9) And you may be large, but you are becoming more fit, aren't you? Keep plugging along!
