G O T IS GET ORGANIZED TODAY and WWW is weight will whittle!!!!
my kitchen is EXTRA ORDINARILY in good order - stocked and ready to go for me!
i want my house to work for me - to help me in my weight loss and getting leaner and happier.
my bedroom - i have the exertube handy and randomly or not = pick it up and use it - i am not concerned at the moment with time - just that i do something.
my meals are planned and my fridge is 'filed in order' ; with foods for each meal coming up. it may sound a little 'over the top' but it is my way of just 'doing it' .
i took a tip from dr. oz - do repetition in order to avoid stress - so breakfasts for one week at a time is set up - the only day for SURPRISES will be Sunday - perhaps pancakes for a real treat!
i still like to get on the scale daily - but i take the saturday weigh in and put the number on my calendar which is hanging right above it.
i know it can be emotionally draining when the number stays or goes up - but i feel more calm having that information.
i weigh 'au naturel' at the same time in the morning.
my portions before cooking everything are right on - if there is a little left over it is just enough for a light lunch the next day -- this way i avoid boredom (or worse feeling like i can't waste it so i have to eat it!!) .
there are tons of veggies available - most that don't have to be cooked so i can snack if need to - but i try not to eat after 9 pm - my treat is a tassiimo coffee or hot chocolate.
my snacks also include two squares of 85% cocoa dark chocolate - usually in the afternoon around 3;30pm when the munchies come to visit.
i am also always aware that TWISTED SISTER might show up at any time - so i have two outfits hanging up that i want to get into by MAY - even Easter which comes end of March this year - i will shout at her - that's is where i want to be - so begone you witch (B) -
the two pounds down which i had hoped would be more before my 'procedure on friday' was hard fought for.
i can do this - i will do this - my next big hurdle to tackle is the exercise equation. i am getting organized - have marked off 30 minutes a day to start - the morning is better for me but as it gets lilghter out longer i will have an after dinner walk outside - i think it boosts the morale with the fresh air and saying hi to neighbors and just enjoying nature.
