I read on the accountability message board about a sparker who uses a weekly update blog to increase accountability. I am going to try it. My goals remain the same- to be consistently healthy. I have been eating clean and drinking the detox smoothies and tea. I feel great, and think I can constinue this for a while. Not perfection, as I dont want to set myself up for the fatitude of all or nothing, but a concentrated effort to eat clean. Today, will be a challenge. there is a potluck at lunch. I am bringing two salads and a veggie tray so I know I can munch on those. I will avoid the cake. After work, I have a party at one of my favorite restaurants. I know the menu and know which entree to pick which is the most healthy. Consistency in the gym is still my goal, and one which I struggle with. I still have days where life colides and I just can't make it. I woke up the WII fit at home, and tried that on Monday when I couldn't get to the gym. I didn't last long, and my wii fit age is 80. I have some work to do there. I am trying not to be couch potatoe at night. I have been scrapbooking, and taking long baths. Tommorow is my day off, and I intend to go to the gym for a long time, clean the house, do some cook once, eat twice cooking?, not sure but it reguires some serious house mouse with candles and music time.
