Here's a little something I have noticed ...Carl gets up early in the morning to go to work, 4:30, and I get up with him. Last night we went to bed around 10p or so, so that gave us about 6 1/2 hours of sleep. Last night I got up to pee once, and did again when I got up. Then I weighed in. I was up a pound. errrr. I drank 2 cans of diet pepsi, and went back to bed at 6a. Napped until about 7:30, got up and peed again, and weighed in again. sure enough....same weight as yesterday. no longer up a pound.
this happens all the time. which of course leads me to believe a) water weight is obviously a huge factor in my weight ranges, and b) the closer to 8 hours of sleep I get, the better. I've always known these things but to see this happen on almost on a daily basis convinces me how much it is true.
so in other words, though I may not have lost any weight since yesterday, I at least didn't go up a pound after all. yay me!
