something weird i've noticed

Here's a little something I have noticed ...Carl gets up early in the morning to go to work, 4:30, and I get up with him. Last night we went to bed around 10p or so, so that gave us about 6 1/2 hours of sleep. Last night I got up to pee once, and did again when I got up. Then I weighed in. I was up a pound. errrr. I drank 2 cans of diet pepsi, and went back to bed at 6a. Napped until about 7:30, got up and peed again, and weighed in again. sure enough....same weight as yesterday. no longer up a pound.

this happens all the time. which of course leads me to believe a) water weight is obviously a huge factor in my weight ranges, and b) the closer to 8 hours of sleep I get, the better. I've always known these things but to see this happen on almost on a daily basis convinces me how much it is true.

so in other words, though I may not have lost any weight since yesterday, I at least didn't go up a pound after all. yay me!

    Okay from this blog I see you are scale obcessed. Don't worry you are not along. HA HA! I would have to find my glasses to read the scale so It would take to much time in the middle of the night to find them to read the scale.

    I weigh myself every day. I don't get discouraged by in increase here or an increase there. I'd rather see it then have it blindside me. I can gain weight in about a half a second, so if I don't watch it daily, I will end up 10 lbs heavier in 3 weeks. It forces me to pay attention to my diet and exercise more.

as for the diet soda....i'm a junkie and don't foresee me ever giving it up.

it's all good though. i'm very positive and have no doubt i'll be down another pound or two in no time. I just have to keep on keepin on. : )

    I try not to weigh myself often. It's the one thing that sends me to the brink of binging. Also diet pops have a lot of chemicals. Try water hot/cold water with lemon. You'll be amazed at how satisfying it is.

    there are times when you just can't lose weight this day/ Don't worry about it. The fat will melt off and you will be happy. have a great day
