Went to bed at 9:30 last night, woke up at 5:30 this morning. I'm still tired. I hate winter, all I want to do is sleep. Skipped cycling this morning-by tail bone is still soooo sore. Planning on going to the chiropracter tomorrow. I am still working on this whole planning ahead of time thing for the gym. I was totally planning on going to the gym on the way home tonight to do the treadmill or elliptical and left my gym clothes at home. I need to get a couple more outfits and pack them at the beginning of the week and put them in my gym locker. I really dislike working out so I need to make it something I can't skip out on.
