Went to bed at 9:30 last night, woke up at 5:30 this morning. I'm still tired. I hate winter, all I want to do is sleep. Skipped cycling this morning-by tail bone is still soooo sore. Planning on going to the chiropracter tomorrow. I am still working on this whole planning ahead of time thing for the gym. I was totally planning on going to the gym on the way home tonight to do the treadmill or elliptical and left my gym clothes at home. I need to get a couple more outfits and pack them at the beginning of the week and put them in my gym locker. I really dislike working out so I need to make it something I can't skip out on.

    :) I have a WII Fit at home that was my backup plan-I have only used it once so far. Oooh I'm stopping at wal-mart on the way home. Thanks.

    You're right, especially with stress at home, you can't let life get in the way or the habit won't become set. Do you have some at home workout options for days like that? a set of dumbells or even cans or bottles to use as weights and do some ST along with body wt exercises like push ups, planks, etc. You could salvage the situation somewhat. BTW I got some really nice danskin wicking tops today at Walmart for only 5.00 a piece.
