Today I am flying to Juneau, Alaska to visit family for two weeks, just two weeks into my weight loss/health improvement journey. On my last entry I had gained weight even though I had done everything possible I could. I am now back on track. I am hoping that this vacation will not impede the steps I have taken as all vacations tend to do. My goal is to continue to lose weight but at a slower pace. I just transitioned to phase 2 of the South Beach Diet but will be doing phase 1 on alternate days just to keep on track. I bought some South Beach bars to snack on during the flight and am excited to see my family. Wish me luck!
