Continuing with Goal-Setting

Finally a decent loss for a week registered on the scale. I dropped 2.5 pounds last week, following the Game On! competition-based diet / wellness plan with some friends (TOPS.) I have a goal set for the end of January, and then a goal set for the end of February after making THAT goal, and I pretty much have to keep losing at this same pace to make it.
And I've just decided that anything short of that is unacceptable.
