Day #206 - Humping through the week

- 45 minutes - didn't make the 60 minute mark yesterday. The Shred calls for only 30 minutes minimum today so I did meet that goal. I just wasn't feeling like it but I pressed past what my original plans were. I thought I'd do 30 minutes and go home. Got to 30 and said go for 40, got to 40 my song playing on my ipod so I said when the song is over that's it. Well the song ended right about 42 minutes so I said 45 minutes and I'm done. That's exactly how I made it that far, thank you Lord.
I stayed on program all day. Met my goals for the day and I'm happy about that. Also did one of my to-do-list items yesterday. I pulled together my bills to see what I have left. Was presently surprised that I've paid off everything I wanted to pay-off with the exception of 2 cards. It may take me a little longer to pay on those but when my income tax comes I can wipe those out hopefully. So I think I'll be ready to start looking for my car next month but definitely by March.
Happy one item checked off, now to make progress in the other to-do-list items I've set up.
I am sooooo
- I can't seem to get to sleep at nite. I get IN bed on time but sleep doesn't come. I end up staying awake until like 3-3:30 and I get up at 5:30. I don't know what the problem is but I need my sleep.
