- Track all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
I didn't meet all my daily goals yesterday because I didn't make it to the gym for a cardio session. I did make sure to get my water in, did core work on my lunch break, tracked all the food I ate on the tracker and stayed within my calorie range for the day. Considering all the stress and emotions going down right now after the passing of my good friend, I am choosing to see yesterday as a success. I literally TALKED to myself to talk myself out of eating out of sadness. I'm not going there, and that's not how she would want it. Bring on the day, bring on the water and bring on the exercise! I need the exercise to boost my mood right now. Yesterday I couldn't get the cardio in because I've been slacking at my other responsibilities at home because I can't focus right now. I needed to get caught up and get in a better place as far as planning and organization in relation to my home and family. I made the choice and plan on working out extra hard today.
