Right now, I am 2 weeks into my weight loss work and very motivated. I'm seeing progress on the scale, eating less, being mindful about WHAT I am eating. I just wish I could 'bottle' this feeling of motivation.
I've been on this journey before and know the weight loss will slow & probably plateau. Just need to keep the mind set of: 'this is a life style' not a 'diet'.
Reading lots of spearkpeople blogs, articles, etc & items in magazines is working right now to keep me focused.
What motivation tricks work for people when you are in this for the long haul??
