I'll take the 1.1 pound loss instead of a gain...have to be grateful for anything positive!
I started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred this morning...so I am on phase 1 day 1 and I feel pain...good pain...all in my legs!
For this round I will be doing Weight Watchers and I am liking it so far. After a while you get to memorize the point values of the things you eat everyday...better than counting calories. How I am I to remember that 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper is 19 calories and 1 oz of bread is 75 calories? Better to know the point values and know what my allowance is everyday...so far so easy.
We had a LCW warm-up yesterday and it was a fitness test. These are my results...it will be something to keep looking at and improving on:
modified pushups using knees 34
lunges right side 29
lunges left side 24
bicep curls using 3 lb weights 24
I love squats!
So far so good!
