Here are a few things I notice when I am eating well and working out.
~I sleep more soundly and am better rested
~I am able to control my anxiety and depression better
~I feel more confident
~I have more energy
~I am not hungry all the time
~I eat mindfully and so I enjoy my food more
I know I could add more to this list, but for now this is good!
