I keep trying. I go a few days and then fall down, but I get back up. That's what's important. I keep getting back up. You are never a failure until you refuse to get back up.
I have struggled for years with this extra weight. It's not enough to put my health at great risk, but it's enough to make me uncomfortable and my clothes too tight. It's enough to slow down my running pace. It's enough to make me feel sluggish. Trying to go sugar free isn't easy. So many processed sugar-laden foods out there, but this is my goal... to produce a sugar free home for me and my best friend.
So, is it day #1 or day #16? I started 1 January, but kept falling down. Maybe today is the beginning of a new streak or just a continuation of a thin thread hoping to get stronger.
