So tomorrow is D-Day back to the gym I am really excited to be going back but also dreading it, I have missed going to the gym but when I was going I had gotten up to be able to go for 2 hours and do a good hard workout and running for 5 minutes without stopping now I can't even last half an hour and that part I am dreading, but my gym here is doing a 12 week challenge and I am so looking forward to it hoping it gives me the kick up the arse I am needing.
I have my plan in place that I am going to follow to loose these unwanted pounds/kgs, I am going to eat healthy have junk food maybe once a month, exercise for at least an hour a day at the gym do some bootcamps hopefully, strength and toning to get rid of the extra flab I will have left behind.
once I have reached my goal I am going to treat myself to a brand new wardrobe and throw a massive coming out party to everyone to show off the new me :) and I can't wait. I have one goal set and that is be 90 kgs by the end of august so I can have my cocktail themed 25th birthday and I am now 115kgs.
so that is it for now but I will be back tomorrow to blog about my day at the gym I may even get the courage to do a video blog but will see how we go :)
