Good morning,
Last night I didn't really have dinner...the rest fo the family had quiche or chicken noodle soup and I could not eat either of those, since I am off wheat and dairy and trying to watch my sodium. I settled for a bowl of mixed unsalted nuts with some organic dried apple rings , a small chunk of very dark chocolate, and a tiny bowl of popped corn. I do not usually eat pop corn at all, so it was a treat. (I was watching a movie after all, see below) Earlier on I had my standard go to snack which was one granny smith ( green) apple with sunflower seed butter! YUM! So that was dinner and some tea.
I almost forgot, no headaches yesterday, not even a twinge. FI-Na-LY! Thank you to all of you for your encouragement to get through the coffee withdraws!
Last night I watched "The Lucky One" which is a movie based on the Novel by Nicholas Sparks. I love Nicholas Sparks books and I think my favourite is "the wedding" and "the notebook" is also awesome. Dh wasn't home so I could watch my chick flick...he had a meeting which ended very late and he got home just before midnight, and I was trying to sleep, but you know how it is, you sleep with one ear open waiting for your significant other. So I am tired today.
Boy it was hard to drag myself out of bed this morning, particularly since it is still dark at 7 am still....
On a positive note...while I was falling asleep my brain went to a planning for my upcoming seminar. I thought, hey, the seminar is 3 hours ( divided up into 3 sessions) long and I want to have refreshments part way through...gotta plan that! I think I will do tea (herbal) and water for drinks. I was also thinking about the hand outs I plan to have printed up!
I am looking forward to the seminar, and I wish you could all come!
First though I have magazine deadlines to think about and a promo to write up and get printed for the seminar. So I have a lot on the brain. I worked hard on some magazine stuff yesterday to get it out of the way so that I can focus on the other promo stuff.
I have arranged for some copies of Mary W Walter's books to be on hand for people to purchase. It is called "The Whole Clove Diet" and I know Lis has read it. Fabulous book and so hilarious! It is a novel! AND she ( Mary Walters) is a fellow sparker! How cool is that?
As for the 30 Day Challenge, we are past the half way mark now officially! WHOO HOOOO!
If you have not weighed and measured your progress so far, ( because you started a day or so late...) please don't forget to report in when you DO weigh and measure, which should be in the next few days! THANKS!!
Yesterday you got your "get out of jail" card......use it wisely and I also added a few things to the blog so you can check it out here:

Tomorrow I am going to be giving you some more homework....are you ready for that?
Don't worry, it will be easy stuff.
I am working on the next installment of posts and it will be discussing eating healthy on a budget.
