This is the start of the next Biggest Loser Round. Below are my starting stats.
BLC21 Weight Loss Goal: 6.6lbs (145lbs)
Height (without shoes): 5' 6"
Bicep: 11.75 (R Arm)
Thigh: 21.75 (right)
I'm giving myself 12 weeks to get to my ultimate goal. I can tell that it's going to take some work. By work, I mean me putting in the work to go there. I know that if I trust the process that it will work. The problem is me trusting. Me believing that I'm worth all of the effort that I have to put in to it.
I know that I won't get to goal if I don't get this snacking under control. At this point, every BLT really adds up and can derail my progress. So this week I'm going to really research some low calorie, high density foods that I can snack on that will leave me feeling satisfied between meals. It's really hard because the usual snacks of yogurt, cheese stick or even a boiled egg that I would normally reach for are off limits for me and I really don't care for their non-dairy alternatives. Maybe I need to redefine my definition of what a snack is. Who says I can't have a 3-4oz piece of chicken as a snack or 1 slice of bread with 1T of almond butter.
