Well hump day is here already...and I'm feeling terrific!
Today will be my rest day from running, but I plan to do an upper body and core workout tonight. A co-worker who is a trained fitness instructor did up a fitness plan for me, and my goal is to follow it. So I am now committed to doing cardio 3x/week, upper body training 2x/week, lower body training 1x/week and core training 3x/week!
I know it's a big commitment, but so far this month, I've been very successful and am feeling great! So I might as well keep going! If I'm going to do it, I might as well do it properly.
My co-worker is also weighing me once a week!
I'm really pleased with this plan...and the best thing is that it's costing me nothing...just my time and the payoff will be huge! GOOD HEALTH!!!
