Relaxing is exhausting

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

I was on a course for the past two days. Learned lots of breathing techniques to aid in relaxation. I was tired yesterday. Did some breathing as I lay in bed. Next thing I knew it was morning & the alarm was going off!

So I didn't make it to the barn yesterday. Think I'll go see Leo & do the gym another day.

I finished some decluttering in the kitchen last night. Put together one more box together. The diabetes group is coming tomorrow to get them. I have 6 boxes of glass & kitchen ware. A few bags of clothes.

Feels good to have less. Just the things I need & use. Kitchen is small enough. Now I can find things and it's not such a juggling act to get just a certain pot or pan out of the cupboard.

Personally I am finding that less is really more.

I always stress while I'm convincing myself to do it, but feel so liberated when I've accomplished it. Way to go. Enjoy that organized and clutter free kitchen. CJ
