You can't do results--you can only do behaviors.

Lately, I have focused on my eating plan & been consistent with exercise. The scale has dropped, my clothes are looser, and my domestic partner mentioned that I look good & my gym practice is refining. Two weeks of changing behavior (minus that barbecue incident on Saturday) has yielded results.
The difference was my focal point. I didn't focus on "losing weight." I emphasized "good habits." I defined success as vegetables eaten and consistent gym time.
I can control the process; I can't control the results. But the process will bring results.
