I am mixing up my exercise routine...a) because I was getting very bored with my Walk away the pounds...and lets face it can only handle leslie for so much before you are searching for the mute button -- and b) because I think my body was to used to that workout and wasnt workin up a sweat -- my little inner demon told me ...no you cant do tae bo --- it will hurt your knees...my loud other voice said just try it!
Soooo I tried it...didnt hurt my knees - sweat my BUTT off! but isnt that the point?
So my challenge to myself and anyone who may read this is...confuse your body -- get it out of its comfort zone and try something new that will make you sweat your butt off!!
And btw -- really having fun with it instead of geez...have to do WATP again *sighs* so yay!!!
