Didn't sleep good

I was sleeping great, but then one of our dogs got me up to go out (which is normal). I can usually fall right back to sleep, but I had a hard time this time. I got up for about an hour and just sat in the dark for a while to try to get relaxed. It must have worked because I went back to bed and fell right to sleep. I planned on doing TaeBo again this morning, but I stayed in bed a little extra and decided to do a 10-minute SP video instead. I'm proud that I did something!!

    Ditto myself this morning...normally I sleep like a rock, but every now & again a trip to the bathroom will leave me lying in bed wide awake and unable to fall asleep, despite doing my deep breathing meditative exercise. So it was @ 5, got up @ 6, snatched a little more rest and then threw the towel in...going to feel it TONIGHT! :-(
