So today is weigh day and lost a 1lb not as much as I would have liked but hey its a loss and going in the right direction.
My aim this week is to schedule in some more exercise, and hopefully then can boost my weight loss
fast day had small breakfast under 200cals and struggled a bit this morning. But had small lunch 100cals which has kept me going. Half way now and keep going as I know nothing banned tomorrow. Although think I will refrain from the MCdonalds!
