zumba...and self discovery again

I started. Can only do 5 minutes for now but it's a start and I can probablly get that much in a couple more times today. I so looked like a fish flopping on dry land but I did it. I am going to like this short 30 minute video. I am not the only fat person doing it. /there are several in the video. If they can I can. COPD will slow me down some and it make take me longer to build the stamnia but I will. My lungs are wondering what the heck just happened. lol. It was a hard climb to hump day but the rest of the week will be downhill.
I have forgotten what it was like to push myself and to challenge myself physically. WTH happened to that. I gotta get that back. I sure the heck am not giving up on me. No way no how. It's my life. I am going to live it to the fullest, laugh each day, find the blessing in each day and be thankful out loud for all I do have. Life is good.
