    That is a great motto for Wednesdays. It made me think of one coworkers motto. it was Twinkie Tuesday. He would go to the day old bakery and buy two boxes of Twinkies and hand them out to everyone. I think there should be a healthy motto for everyday of the week.

    I love doing my dumb bells. It's something I can do in my spare time while watching a bit of TV in the evening. Heck I do 20 wall push ups every time I go to the restroom at work. I usually get in 80 - 100 a day and don't even give it a second thought. emoticon
