MUCH better day yesterday! I feel like I am kinda getting the hang of this now lol. I talked to my BFF yesterday as she told me she was going to start the 17DD Sunday before last and we were comparing stats yadda yadda... She is down 9 lbs since she started and has not exercised at all. I am down 5.4 since January 1st and I have worked out EVERY day. I admit I was a little jealous. She wants me to try it and I told her I was going to stick with what I am doing right now and give myself a shot for the whole month of January to see how I do with just healthy eating and exercise. I also told her that we could regroup after she finishes all the cycles and see if she regains. I wish her the best success with it, but I don't know that I could follow that diet.
Yesterday's goals:
45 mins of cardio - 55
8 cups water - 20
stay in calorie range -
mind the sodium - 1985 not too shabby
I also worked in 50 squats, 10 counter pushups, and some bicep curls
Today's goals:
