A short night...

I was really tired last night, so went to bed early. Then I was awake at 1:30 am.
My apartment was too cold!! I usually do better with it cooler in my apartment, but not when it is cold and windy outside!! emoticon

I am going to a reflexologist today. I haven't had a good food massage in years. My nephew recommended this lady. I usually go to someone different for massages. Today I am going to try someone new!! emoticon

I am at not losing much weight, but I haven't been tracking everything I eat everyday. If I don't do it right when I eat it...I forget what I ate!! I need to get back into the habit of grabbing my phone when I eat and using mobile spark people to track it. emoticon This tracker doesn't cost anything, unlike the Spark People app on my phone which is $3.99 a month. Why pay for it when I can use mobile spark people?? emoticon

I don't have much planned for today other than the massage. I am going to try to get some house cleaning done here. I really need to vacuum today!! At least I need to use my small vacuum that I got for Christmas. It is a 3-1 Bissell. I love it! I has a dust buster, handle and attachments. You can use it in a variety of ways and it is great for the kitchen floor. Mine is not carpeted...so it works really well on it.

I know this isn't much about weight loss or healthy diet today!! Sometimes I just need to get things out and this is my avenue to do that. It is faster than writing in a journal and not as messy as my handwriting!! emoticon

My goal for the day is to eat in my calorie range and get plenty of protein!

    Hi Angie,
    You might try using the SP suggested meal plans. I pre-plan for the next day, print of the report and eat those items and just checkoff or mark any changes. It really helps me stay within my nutrition ranges for calories and other components.

    My SP phone app was free. Check to see if there is a new version for your phone that is free, too.

    it HAS been windy. Drifted in our driveway again! Grrrr. I do not like the wind. (a friend of mine - RAYRUNSMT, says the wind brings fresh air). Ok, we have enough fresh air now.
