Via the trainer I paid for a month at the local gym I need to be eating a small meal every 2-3 hours. I changed my plan to accommodate that. It takes my total to over 2000 calories and gives me no dinner, but I am going to try it for an entire month and see if there are results. I am dubious, but the theory is worth merit.

    My ex trainer gave me similar advice, but that was based on me working out at the gym for over an hour 7 days a week. I did it for almost 2 months and I lost 6 pounds.
