Hello guys and gals.
I have been good at getting on here, tracking food, tracking exercise, and writing my blog. I had a good day yesterday. I got some good exercise in 33 minutes on an elliptical machine, and 30-45 minutes playing racquetball. I actually played three doubles games, and won two. It was really fun and I am glad I am able to play again. I am hoping that our financial situation does not change to much so that I can keep the YMCA membership going.

I love this website and the ones associated with it. I have been putting the recipes of the food I make up on sparkrecipes.com. All of them have Zach G's in front of the recipe, so that people who know me can find them. I am adding recipes almost everyday. If any of you try any of my recipes please post a comment and rate it.

Have you heard the phrase "He is a God fearing man."? I have heard it from time to time and never understood exactly what they meant. I knew it had something to do with following God's word but that was it. I have, however learned that the statement means that we fear God and followed His commandments and do His will. I think it is more than just fear that causes us to follow God's commandments, but it is our love for Him. He loved us so much that He sent His son to die for our sins. What can make me not love Him?

Lord thank you again for Your love for us and for remembering us. Lord help me to continue to strive to be the child of God You want me to be. Thank You for all Your help with this new journey I am on. Lord I please give those that read my blog the strength to make the changes in their life that will give You glory.
