Midnight Workouts

It's late so this one is going to be short & sweet:

Things that sucked today:
Rough day at work
Late for the theater
Ate a bit too much sushi
Felt general
Didn't start my workout til 11:30pm
Body felt bloated, sluggish and slow - every step felt like it was sucking

Things that DIDN'T suck today:
Knowing that I did it anyway - 1:00am finished my workout
Knowing that the getting on the elliptical tonight will make all the difference in how I feel when I get up tomorrow.

That's all folks
and for today, that's enough!

    That inspires me! Yesterday was a yuck day for me. I am praying for a better day and will do my part to have a great attitude! I will get my workout in today, thanks for inspiring me to "just do it". emoticon
