It's late so this one is going to be short & sweet:
Things that sucked today:
Rough day at work
Late for the theater
Ate a bit too much sushi
Felt cranky....in general
Didn't start my workout til 11:30pm
Body felt bloated, sluggish and slow - every step felt like it was sucking
Things that DIDN'T suck today:
Knowing that I did it anyway - 1:00am finished my workout
Knowing that the getting on the elliptical tonight will make all the difference in how I feel when I get up tomorrow.
