WOOOwoo I am finally getting the hang of the diet thing.
Finding exercise to do with disabilities is tough and I often struggle with grief (I am mourning the lost of having a body without pain and being trapped in a body with limited movement)
But I put one foot in front of the other, I allow myself the chance to mourn and then I move on to what I CAN DO - water aerobics is good and I beginners yoga classes (in which the instructor is so good at taking the time to show me what to do from a chair)
ON MY WAY - YAY!
