True confessions: I did not go to the gym this morning. I planned on it. The alarm went off at 6:45. Then the hubby said, "Are you going to the gym? You do remember how that totally wears you out following co-op, right?" Good point. Back to sleep I went. He was right though. I don't go on Tuesday's when co-op is in session as I need the extra rest. I'm ready to go tomorrow though. Bag is still packed!

Did not do school with the kids today either. Isaac was still out of sorts so it wasn't worth the battle. Instead I got my list of "need to get done" put together and off we went running errands all morning. I did treat them to lunch at Shari's (Had a yummy salad that wasn't too heavy on the calories!) and then came home and I spent the afternoon doing laundry, tackling the money side of life. Updating receipts and accounts online and reconciling accounts. I did some co-op business in prep for the meeting tonight as well. That meeting went well and we got some solid dates and plans in place.

Tomorrow.... gym, school, piano lesson and ????? Should be a quiet day.

I enjoyed my apple with caramel. Having a tough time finding plain dipping caramel in the stores right now. Guess they don't carry it once fall/holidays are done. I'm 13 days to the good out of 14!

They used to sell a fat free caramel yogurt (Yoplait) that I used to dip my apples in, I haven't seen that around lately, but there may be another flavor/ brand that might work.

    I like Laughing Cow light swiss cheese spread on my apples. If you can't find your dips, perhaps you can give other ideas a try.

    Great job on the nighttime eating!! I hope you either find your caramel or find a replacement, because having that "go to" snack really seems to be working for you!

    I sounds like you had a very busy day. I did only little exercise because I struggle to do to exercise.
