Well on top of everything else, I want to start blogging about my progress on my 12 week challenge with the BLC21. I'm proud to be a part of the Steely Sapphire Soldiers and tomorrow the battle starts.

I have put down a goal of losing 15 lbs. but my main, huge, gigantic, superdedooper goal is making a habit of working out! My fellow soldiers have already assigned us our orders and believe me it will be no easy task to complete. But I think this will do it for me! Because of total lack of exercise over the last few months, I should and easily will meet my goal of losing weight because of the workout commitment to my team!

Well off to bed earlier than usual as I hope to be "mall walking" at 7:30 A.M.

    Yes, this is me exactly! I also have a goal of losing 15 pounds (well, I think in kilos = 7kg!). I've also been so slack on the working out for months. I did most of the fitness test yesterday and cried when I could only hold the wall sit for 35 seconds. My personal best is 4:20!!

That's ok. We're starting from today, and I am so excited to think where we'll both be in 12 weeks if we just stick with it. I commit to working out: For myself, for the Sapphires, for you. Go us!

    Carol - I never exercised before BLC. Now I "streak" faithfully! It changed my life view on fitness minutes! I actually have EQ that is used in my house. I've been tracking my miles on my recumbent bicycle and am over 2000!

    Yay!!! I"m so glad you're a Sapphire!!! Blogging about it is such a great tool and plus, I like seeing blogs from the people I actually am teammates with!!! BLC 19 really helped me establish exercise as just a routine part of my day...and BLC 20 cemented that fact to the point I ran a virtual 5K on Thanksgiving, worked out throughout the Christmas break too! You'll do great and find what you need on this team!!! Good luck in the morning to you!!!
