Feeling So Much Better Today & Week #2 Check In...

I wrote that last blog late last night (okay technically Tuesday morning) and I woke up to such amazing responses and I instantly started feeling better. I am going to respond to every single comment individually, you all are amazing. What touched me the most was how many of you shared YOUR personal feelings with me, and that in itself is priceless. It made me feel better to know that I wasn't alone in some of the thoughts I had. I honestly had no idea that so many people would respond saying that they could relate, and it made me feel like I'm not in this journey alone, which I knew already, but it was nice to be reminded. It was all nice to know that although this is a weight loss site, people genuinely care for me as a person (as I do with all of you), and not just about the weight loss aspect of my life/journey. So thank you all! emoticon

Today was a great day, I made an effort to get out of the house and to just keep busy. Walked through the mall for exercise with my fitbit, and when I saw the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella on clearance at The Disney Store, I couldn't resist!!



Doesn't she look FABULOUS in between my weight loss marble jars?!?! And I haven't been paying much attention to them, but the one on the left with the pounds gone is much fuller than the one with pounds to go, so that was a bright spot in the day.

I also am going to get crafty, I got these at Target, and I want to print out inspirational quotes and glue them on these foam hearts, flowers and stars and put them up in my house. If you have any good inspirational quotes, please throw them my way! emoticon

emoticon Cardio: 6/7 days (Two "rest days" but include walking)

emoticon Stay In Range: 5/7 days...The problem here is the 2 days over were WAY over. Strength training was my one that needed the most help, but now it's staying in range that is the main focus for the week!

Overall: 88%, I'll take it! emoticon

BLC 21 starts tomorrow, and I am super excited. Accountability at it's finest. I am starting the round at 216.8 and am pushing for about 20 pounds in 12 weeks. I know I can do it if I try my hardest, and that is what I intend to do! emoticon emoticon

    Yes I am SO glad you are doing good, I LOVE the fairy god mother!!!! And I LOVE that the pounds lost and pounds to lose jars are reversing!!!! I'm so proud of you for still tracking everything, including your goals, you are doing AMAZING so far this year with all these NSV's!!! Seriously I'am still barely hanging on, just trying to keep my eating in order, haven't done my dancing, water has been hit and miss, same with my strength training. You keep me striving to get better and I WILL! I think I just need to get out of town, go to some stores that actually have tv commercials and recoup!

Yippee! I'm glad you took a moment to reflect on HOW FAR YOU'VE COME! Because holy crap girl. Who you are is not who you've been. You've grown so much and SHRUNK so much it's just flipping incredible.

I think that your fairy godmother statue is great. But you know what's greater? That instead of waiting for your "fairygodmother" to fix your life / weight you got out there and fixed it yourself. BAM that's awesomeness for you right there. You are your own fairy godmother and even better- you're "magic" doesn't end at midnight. Woo!

    Love you motivational quotes idea. I am a HUGE fan of quotes of any kind. On the up side, it looks like you are doing pretty good with your goals. You always have to keep in mind that you will make some mistakes along the way. But those extra calories are just water under the bridge now. This week you are gonna kick butt on your goals.. I can feel it!

Look at those number!!! You did great last week. I am looking forward to the BLC begin tomorrow too. We got this. Do you have your 6 shooters ready? My quiver of arrows is ready to go!
