Every once in awhile this journey wreaks a little havoc on my sanity. After a less than stellar holiday, I felt like I was easing back into normal, but I kept gaining and gaining. I think Friday was when I resolved to track...and eat what I track! All too often, I'll plan the day of food, but what I actually eat never makes it to the tracker.
It's going well...far better than well, actually. It's 7:30 p.m., I have calories left in the budget. But the kicker is that I'm truly not hungry. If it's mind over matter, it sure isn't intentional. I'm only a few days in, so I don't want to count my chickens yet, but oh, what I wouldn't give to have more days like this!
