Week 1, Day 1 = DONE!

I still had problems with my computer tonight.. right as I was ready to start my workout.. ARGH! But finally made it :)

First impression; OW my arms! She's having us keep the arms up the whole time.. Moves are changing a bit fast but tomorrow I'll be better. I sweated and some time I couldn't do the last reps, hehe! Can't remember last time I did push ups and/or crunches.

Tomorrow I'll try to do it a bit earlier in the day.
Whee! :)

    I have to say...I have the original SI6 and it works! It's not easy but it's worth the work! My only problem with it is the music! I love how you get cardio and strength all at once! I always have problems with the leg extension work! Ugh it never ends! It took me weeks to get through Burn it Up start to finish! But like I said it worked for me!Keep with it! emoticon emoticon
