Day 2 Lets Try Again

Video wouldn't load so I am reuploading this one. If it doesn't work here is a run down on what it was about:

Today went really well. I stayed in my calorie range and so did Tina. I am so proud of her for sticking to it! We also went for a walk at the mall. So I think today went great. Oh and I passed up the pizza for fish today! Yay me lol!

    Good job Jason!

I like your attitude.

I personally take the position that since I like pizza I'll have a slice from time to time - picking a healthier option rather than the meat lovers and having A SLICE NOT FOUR - and track it. I'm not a fan of blacklisted foods. That's tended to be one of my reasons for failure in the past. Everything in moderation.

    FISH will get you to Goal! Add years to your life... YOU CAN DO THIS!

Pizza is really the enemy in disguise. White flour with no nutritional value and lots of high calorie fat in the toppings and cheese. Remember, you won't always have to be as strict as you are right now...but what do you want right now? If it's to get healthy, lose weight... then, step away from the pizza. I'm speaking to myself too!!! Good Luck! Make it a great day!

    Good work. Everything is one day at a time, and this is a day to be pleased with. I likewise had a good day -- exercised at home on the treadmill and bike and passed up sweets for lunch and dinner. But the scale went up. So discouraging. But at least I feel good.

    Still didn't play but thatís ok for you still posted so day two goal completed. Proud of you for passing up the pizza.. A motivation suggestion ....Next time on your walk time it so you can start having a number to improve on as you go. You will be surprised how soon you will want to improve your time or go greater distance, as a challenge to yourself. emoticon
