For your amusement.
I just wanted to share with you a quick post my boyfriend (we shall call him "S") put on Facebook and my comments.
"S": Things I've lost so far with returning to an exercise regime. 2 pounds. The will to live. The knowledge that there is joy and hope in the world.
"ME": All but the 2 lbs will return in multiples if you keep it up. Trust me. That's how I lost 30+ lbs. I STILL hate the exercise itself, but feeling healthy and physically stronger has enhanced both my will (and ability) to live. It has also been giving me both joy and hope from both the sense of pride that I can and am doing it,that I have the strength and willpower required, and if I can make such a difference in my own health and life with simple exercise, what else can I accomplish with a little (or a lot) of effort and determination?!

"ME": I think I may have spent way too much time on SparkPeople.com I am getting way too good at motivational pep-talks! LOL
I hope he keeps at it!
