3 Goals to Achieve Each Week
1. Eat normal at least 5 of 7 days of the week
2. Do at least 2 thirty minute or more workouts a week
3. Strength Train at least twice a week.
5 pounds lost-Redbox Movie night
10 Pounds - Try on goal clothes
20 Pounds - Trip to the Movies
25 Pounds - Any weight loss related item under $25
50 Pounds - Clothes and a day off of everything.
5 Inches Lost - Book Night
10 Inches lost - $10 shopping trip to Gabes
15 Inches lost - $15 to spend at will
20 Inches lost - Happy Dance and New fitness shoes
