A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? Yes!
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie
C is for CHILDREN... 13yo SD, 9yo SS, 13mo DD
D is for DOWNFALL... Sweets, major sweet tooth here!
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Total night owl
F is for FURRY FRIENDS... An aged Beagle, an aged Basset Hound and a young Cat
G is for GROCERIES... I aim to fill it with mostly produce and fresh dairy/meats. Some trips I do better than others.
H is for HOME...I live in Indiana, but Texas will always be home to me!
I is for INSPIRE...My inspiration is my baby girl, Kate. I want to become healthy so I can be a good example to her and be able to run and play with her and be here a long time to see her grow into a beautiful, woman.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? Currently a SAHM. This is a rather new adventure for me and I am loving it!
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your healthy focus when short on time? Focus on healthy choices. I may not be perfect, but I choose the best option and move on.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? I used to be real good at keeping track, but have slacked off the past few years. Going to get this going again.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Married for almost 6 years.
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? Kate is my 13 mo DD, I am losing weight to be a healthy example for her.
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? Usually 64, but slacked off the last few weeks.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? 3-4
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? "Take pride in how far you have come and faith in how far you can go."
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? Pretty much zilch right now, I am starting from ground up again.
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'4
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Eastern
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? Geocaching (with cross-stitch and reading close behind)
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? The mountains of the Pacific Northwest
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? Not yet
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? Make some new friends!
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? Try to push forward and not worry about where I have been.
Z is for ZERO...name one weight loss tool you couldn't live without? Sadly enough, the scale.
