still at 180 lbs
stressful week
lots of water drinking
made some good choices, gave into cravings a couple of times, but less than usual
not gonna give up
not gonna obsess about it
new semester in school I am trying to get my head wrapped around and learning to not let it overwhelm me
great learning so far, great group of students

enjoying the year so far, how about you?
