i just totally have the munchies tonight and don't typically get these. i made dinner for the boys (which isn't my strong suit as the husband's a chef) and had a wasa cracker with a laughing cow cheese wedge and strawberry jelly on it for myself as i didn't want mac n cheese. then i was still hungry so had some pecan halves with chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup). still wanting something so i had a glass of milk...what's my deal? i then brushed my teeth as it was nearing 7pm and i don't like eating "late" if i'm not planning on being up late (it's a whole different deal if i'm working eves and won't be done until 1130pm). but i still find myself wanting to eat although when i think about my stomach, i don't feel hungry. hormones maybe? i should almost force myself to go to be now so i won't be tempted anymore.
