It's been a tough week or so, food-wise. I've had really good days of exercise, but the last 2 days I didn't do that, because I was NOT feeling well. Today I felt pretty close to normal (or what passes for it with me, anyway) and I exercised, PLUS I did good keeping my eating under control. Hopefully I keep it up for a while. Gosh I hate my hormones.
