Who doesn't want toned arms? I want more than just "toned" arms... I want to look like I work out as hard as I do (which isn't incredibly hard right now, but will be over time). This was a fitting reason today because on the January Challenge, today's video was an arm workout and I forced myself to do it before I get ready to turn in for the night. I can do anything for 10 minutes... that's what I keep telling myself. Coach Nicole's workouts are short enough that I can just get one done when I only have a little time to spare.
