I've been doing the 30 day shred for 20 days now. I've dropped back to the level 1 exercises for a couple of days because I'm just feeling so tired and ragged. The scale continues to mock me. I took a picture of myself tonight, though, just to compare to day 1 and see if there is any progress. Amazingly enough, there is a bit. Not a lot, but a bit. There is definitely less back fat sticking out from under the sports bra. My belly is not flat; it doesn't look like there was any change there at all. But there is improvement, however slight. And my endurance is better. I'm not gasping for breath and dripping sweat like I was in the beginning.
So, it's working. Excruciatingly slow, but it's working. Progress, not perfection, right?
