Well, I'm getting prepared for my February Challenge which will go into March! I received my Les Mills Combat DVDs. So, I'm getting ready to create my schedule for both February and March because I'm going to do this with Chalean Extreme. Once my calendar is created, it will go on my Goals Board in my workout room. Making my plan (fail to plan, plan to fail)!
Additionally, I'm reading Eat Clean Recharged by Tosca Reno. I'm getting ready to take my eating to the next level. I want to put forth a true conscious effort with this challenge. I will be eating 5-6 meals within 2-3 hours. So far, this month, I have halted the sweets and processed foods. I only had a few exceptions due to an upset stomach: pretzels & saltine crackers. Again, making my plan (fail to plan, plan to fail)!
My January challenge is going quite well because all of my goals are lifestyle changing goals. The same will be for February and March. My January Challenge is called New Year, New Beginnings! My February Challenge will be called I Love Myself because of Valentine's Day. Then, in March, it's going to be called March Madness due to NCAA Basketball and I will be pressing in to ensure all is going well!
So, I'm getting prepared because I want to stay focused and motivated pertaining to my health & fitness! Again, I will put forth a strong effort, because I'm Worth It!
