Hi, everyone! It's so good to have SparkPeople behind us on this journey to better health!
I haven't been tracking very much this week because of the stinkin' thinkin' thought of "I don't have time". Oops... But I got on SparkPeople's site again today & read everyone's positive comments & message boards and I'm determined to get back on track again-starting today. Yes, even though it's 7:01 pm, lol.
I've joined a support team in my 30 somethings group which will help with accountability & they seem like such a nice group of people.
And it's good to 'see' my SparkFriends always.
So on overcoming stage fright...I haven't been blogging because I've been--hate to admit it--fearful. Fearful of saying the wrong thing or that it won't be good enough. But then I realized we're here to help each other, we don't have to be perfect, & there's always the edit button ;-)
So I've resolved for this week: to get back to tracking my foods & blog more.
