Ode to Quinoa

I love it! That's all.

Tonight I ate romaine lettuce, with a quinoa mix on top. I made the quinoa yesterday with zucchini, summer squash, and onion chopped up in it. I put some shrimp on top with a honey soy glaze that I made.

Delicious! I am kind of enjoying cooking clean for myself everyday. I am starting to see some progress.

Also- found a great new app. for people who want to be spontaneous with exercise. It's called Sworkit. You can either choose yoga moves or strength training and how much time you want to exercise for. I put in 5 min. and it will give you a new exercise every 30 sec. It has a tone, to let you know when to switch. It was really fun and adds up. I did 15 min of various things tonight and enjoyed it. Perfect for when you are just watching tv or something.
