I have succeeded in following my diet for the last 2 days. I feel good about it. I walked yesterday and will again tomorrow. I have been looking into vegan cooking and have been inspired by some of the recipes I see, I am making 3 bean and pepper chili right now in the crock pot. Things are going well!
